Webmail guide
Use Webmail when you need browser access without configuring a separate email application.
Log in
Open Webmail and enter the complete mailbox address and mailbox password. Console account credentials and API tokens cannot be used for mailbox login.
Messages and folders
Read, compose, reply, forward, move, flag, and delete messages from the mailbox workspace. Create folders to organise your messages and download attachments or original messages only when you trust the sender and content.
Mailbox settings
Open Webmail settings to change the mailbox password, set a plain-text signature, and configure an out-of-office reply with an inclusive date range and time zone.
Shared and lost devices
Log out after using a shared device. Change the mailbox password immediately if it may have been exposed; existing mailbox sessions are then invalidated.
