Mail client setup

Use these settings to add your mailbox to a standard email app.

Incoming mail (IMAP)

Server: imap.emaia.eu
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Authentication: Required

Outgoing mail (SMTP)

Server: smtp.emaia.eu
Port: 465 (implicit TLS, preferred)587 (STARTTLS)
Authentication: Required

Username: Full email address
Password: Mailbox password

Apple Mail on iPhone and iPad

Add an Other mail account, enter the full mailbox address, then use the incoming and outgoing settings above. If Apple Mail warns that it cannot send while saving new SMTP settings, save them and send one test message before changing a correct configuration.

Microsoft Outlook

Choose manual IMAP setup when automatic discovery does not use the settings above. Require encrypted connections for both incoming and outgoing mail and enable outgoing-server authentication with the same full mailbox address and password.

Mozilla Thunderbird

Enter the full mailbox address, choose manual configuration, and verify the IMAP and SMTP hostnames, ports, encryption, and normal password authentication before testing again.

Android mail applications

Choose an IMAP personal account rather than a provider-specific account type. Enter the incoming and outgoing settings manually and allow the application to save the account only after both encrypted connections succeed.
